Dr. Mamidi Kiran Kumar working as Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Business Systems, Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology (GRIET), Hyderabad. He pursued his Full-Time Ph.D. from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad, JNTUH under the Guidance of Professor V. Kamakshi Prasad. His Ph.D. topic is entitled “Design and Development of Area based Localization Techniques using Angle of Arrival and Received Signal Strength measures for Wireless Sensor Networks”. He achieved his Ph.D. degree in the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering at JNTU Hyderabad in 2021. He pursued his M.Tech form Kakatiya University (KU) Warangal in 2011, and also pursued his B.TECH from JNTU Hyderabad (JNTUH) in 2009. He has 11 years of experience in Academics and Research. His Research interests include Wireless Sensor Networks, Data Warehousing and Data Mining, Machine Learning and Pattern Recognition, Internet of Things (IoT), Distributed Operating System and Artificial Intelligence. He has experience in handling the classes for regular B. TECH and M.TECH students. He has worked as evaluator for Graduate Level Examinations for the State Level Universities. He has published five research papers in reputed national and internal journals and also presented four research papers in national and international Conferences. He visited Singapore Country in Dec 2019 to present his research paper in IEEE Conference. He has the ability to work in teams. He is a rapid learner with excellent problem-solving skills.
